4-H Youth Mental Health

About Me

I graduated from the University of Mobile in 2011 with a bachelor's in psychology and from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2016 with my master's in marriage and family therapy. My Extension duties include developing programs to raise mental health awareness and build resiliency skills in our youth, maintaining 4-H youth mental health resources and providing statewide staff development opportunities related to youth mental health programming.

I grew up in Corner, Alabama and made my way to Oklahoma in 2018. I miss tall pine trees and boiled peanuts. I have a husky mix dog named Korra and a long-haired orange tabby cat named Link. I spend my free time connecting with other people by being apart of the Oklahoma Board Game community and playing Dungeons and Dragons. I keep myself grounded by practicing yoga and taking my dog on walks. I love the people that I get to meet and the way Extension and 4-H encourages me to be imaginative and innovative.
