We are here to serve the citizens of Alfalfa County. Throughout the year there are several opportunities to showcase the talents and hard work of our communities. Some opportunities are provided within the county, other opportunities exist outside the county at the district and state level. Exhibitions such as these are  the culmination of a project work they have completed and to receive feedback on the quality of their work.

Fall Free Fair

The Alfalfa County Fall Free Fair takes in September, at the Alfalfa County Fairgrounds, in Cherokee, OK. Events at the fair include an open horse show, poultry show, rabbit show, youth and open livestock show for cattle, swine, sheep and goats, and 4-H, FFA, OHCE and open class building exhibits. Other fair activities include Crop and Horticulture exhibits, livestock judging, OHCE sponsored contests and pedal tractor pulling contest.

Spring Livestock Show

The Alfalfa County Spring Livestock Show and Exhibition takes place the week of Presidents Day in February each year at the Alfalfa County Fairgrounds in Cherokee, OK. Activities at the event include youth livestock show for cattle, swine, sheep and goats.
