Tables for each county are based on an annual average beginning in 2000. Corresponding annual average values by region and state are also included for each table. The county comparisons to regional and state information illustrate the relative strength or weakness of the local agricultural land markets. Caution is advised when analyzing annual land value patterns and trends at the county level due to the sporadic nature of sale reports available.

Only tracts 40 acres in size or larger selling up to $3,000 per acre are included in the averages through 2007. Beginning in 2008 and once again in 2021, the market ceiling was increased to $6000 and $9000, respectively.  This reflects a higher Oklahoma agricultural real estate market over time.
