About Me

My mission is to share knowledge with individuals who wish to consume it and are interested in bettering their nutritional education. I fully believe education has no age limit and can be obtained by anyone willing to learn. My passion of teaching and helping others continues to allow me to learn and grow in my education. The saying, the more you know; the less you know, speaks truth in craving new information and diving deeper into nutrition programs and healthy living.

 

My role works closely with youth from first to 12th grade specializing in nutrition and teen cuisine programs. Additionally, I work with adults in the Fresh Start Adult curriculum to provide healthy diet options on a limited income.
