About Me
Teaching is my passion and drives my mission to help all types of people related to healthy living. I appreciate teaching the senior group the most because I help them with things they already know, but tend to forget like eating healthy and cooking. In return, they teach me life lessons I can apply to my life. My go-to message is communicating there are multiple ways to eat healthy, even when there is only one person in the home.
I teach a wide range of age groups and people. My youngest group starts with kindergarten and first to fourth grade kids. I also work with adults in programs related to alcohol and drug rehabilitation. Additionally, I travel to individual’s homes and the library. I earned my associate degree from Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado.
