About Me
My personal goal is to instill in 4-H members an interest in agricultural-based career paths. I’m focused on educating individuals about Extension programs such as livestock judging, wildlife management, summer camps and even a food showdown that allows kids to explore opportunities within agriculture.
Although I didn’t grow up in 4-H, this job has taught me how much I love agriculture and how much it can benefit today’s children and teenagers. I want to give any student the chance to learn and grow in this field. I established a junior master gardener club in Ottawa County and host livestock judging sessions every season.
I take what I learned from my associate degree in general agriculture from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M University and apply it to what I do in my daily role. I am passionate about agricultural education and enjoy connecting with the youth in my area.
