Ottawa County Record Books are designed for the 4-H Member and Cloverbud to document their 4-H project work and to be recognized at the County Achievement Celebration held at the end of the year. Quick link to all things related to your Ottawa County Record Book. As well as all forms that need to be turned in at the same time. Record Book Forms
- General County Record Book Guidelines
Cloverbud Record Books are for ages 5-8-- or Kindergarten through 2nd grade.
Receive a participation award only. - JR, Intermediate, and Senior Record Book (One Form)
- Seniors are encouraged to follow the rules for State 4-H Record books. And can use the State Record Book Form, with our County Award Form or our SR County Record Book Form.
